They were very Covid safe even changed pens you sign credit card with. Also a shout out to Charles F. on yelp… They are on 348 Main Street, Winooski. I had trouble finding it till I saw this, thanks for posting correct address. Had such Great authentic food!!! Service was fast. They also had helped me find directions while driving, and the name of the noodle dish I wanted. They had good prices for how much food you get.

I kept thinking of the food here when I was skiing in Stowe. The Bun Bo Hue was THE best I have ever had in my life, hands down (shhhhhh don’t tell my mom, she’ll freaking kill me). it was such an incredible, flavorful broth, and that balanced broth combined with the perfectly cooked noodles and proteins made every bite so crazy delicious, especially in the dead of winter. The Pho is also mad crazy delicious, but the Bun Bo Hue was THE thing that made me want to go back.

This restaurant isn’t small nor big, spacious to cater to the people in this town. You can do take out or dine in. We dined in, and the series was fast. Granted we both took a bowl of pho. I had the vegetarian pho, which was good, and for once it was salty. Most restaurants make their vegetarian pho sweet, but I prefer salty vegetarian pho instead. My husband took the beef pho, it was very good, not too greasy.
